Slow, rude, and they close the self checkout at 9. The lines on weekend nights are crazy long.

The service is slow and people talk to you so rude. I hate going here. Always a line and they act like they don't want to deal with anyone. The male pharmacist is only nice one

This pharmacy sucks. They have no knowledge of what it means to have customer service. Their lines are always long. Oh don't let your doctor send your prescription straight to the pharmacy and you didn't call and remind them... You'll wait forever. I've watched these employee's let people stand in line only to tell them once they got to the counter, that they were in the wrong line! What kind of crap is that? Then even one time I had a young woman tell me if you can buy your medicine over the counter, no insurance will cover it. Lady shut the front door! who do you think your talking too. Lol not me try that with a rookie. so anyways she was corrected by her computer and I was able to have my prescription filled... But for your convenience people take your prescriptions else where...

This pharmacy is a disgrace when it comes to customer service. I have elderly parents. When the pharmacy tells them their insurance is canceled and their RX will cost them $500, they take their word for it, and never question a thing. My parents both have Cigna through Medicare. I called Cigna on both occasions and this is what I was told for both of my parents: Walmart needs to correct the BIN# and PCN#. These numbers are updated every year, and since it is 2015, they need to change the number to process the claim. The pharmacy team there does not do anything to help out the elderly clients. Unless you have an advocate that is willing to fight for you---do not use this pharmacy!!!!! I was actually told they had too many customers to stop and assist when problems arise. Very frustrating and sad, because there is no telling how many people are going without their medications simply because they are not willing to help.
