They left me a voicemail about my prescription the day before. By the time I returned their call the next day they said that I never had my prescription on file with them. I still have the voicemail, they definitely had it at one point. I found this very odd.

I was not happy with my experience at this cvs location. As I walked through the doors it felt as though an elephant was in the room from the silent stares of the manger and un-welcoming attitude of the cashier. When I asked a small question involving the manager, the cashier was much more warm and welcoming, but the manager told the cashier "she was the manager" as if to avoid having to discuss anything with me because he was occupied. They both exchanged a laugh and continued on this charade. This location does not at all seem to put the priority of the customer first and I was very disappointed.
