Okay. So this is a great place. The chairs are really comfortable and you can just walk out with a free pen if you see one laying around or if you see like 50 stuffed in a cup. One of or more of the ladies that works there always smells like lavender and it's really inviting. Going back to the chairs, they're like miniature personal clouds that perfectly cradle your posterior. I mean I've broken wind like 6 times in one of my favorite chairs and it just gets absorbed fully into the cushion. Its amazing. I bet there's some sort of flavor crystals or a charcoal filter in the fabrics. And if one gets too warm you can just move to another chair! They keep the a.c. low and its prolly one of the best feelings to break the crisp coolness of a 68 degree chair. They don't have long waits or anything. I just really like the chairs. I've looked for some online so maybe its some fancy super secret bank furniture store that makes them just for my branch. The pens are really neat too. They're clicky pens and they even come in a few different colors. The tips are just chewable enough so you can still write with them if you're a nervous chewer like I am. Also no one else touches a pre chewed pen so its like my pen now until i have to replace the ink. Doing that is super easy to do also but since I go there so often and enjoy the atmosphere and the chairs so much I just get a new free bank pen every time! If I could give it more stars I would!!

I was very surprised at the poor customer service at this particular branch. I felt like I was intruding on the teller and she had no investment in my experience whatever. On the other hand, the branch on Military Hwy is all about a positive customer experience. I go out of my way to avoid Monticello.
