We worked with S L Nusbaum twice in the past year; first to obtain a quote for homeowners insurance and second to purchase a federal flood insurance policy. Both times, Megan was extremely professional, informative, honest, and nice to interact with. We did not end up purchasing homeowners insurance from S L Nusbaum as the policy underwriters that they represent simply had higher priced policies for our specific condition than our current company. Megan was up front on her expectations of this and it in no way impacted her eagerness to help us and provide a quote. We will undoubtedly call S L Nusbaum first for any future needs.
