I arrived just after 9am for a pre-employment drug screening. Knowing a urine sample was needed, I prepared for the test. The waiting room was full and remained full during my time there. I wasted my entire morning for a 5 min test. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
The staff was friendly and professional, but not equipped for the volume that they handle.

Had to wait nearly an hour for a drug test! I have had plenty of drug screens between the military and law enforcement, NEVER have I had to wait so long. Hire more people or don't do them! I will be letting my employer know as well!

Waited over two hours for a flu shot and TB fit test. Girl at front desk just said “we’re busy” when I told her that people who got here after me were going ahead of me. My papers definitely got lost in the shuffle and when I brought it to their attention no one cared to see what the issue was. Very frustrating.

I'm so going to withdraw from being a patient from both the clinic AND the doctors office. I just today went to the clinic for my back pain, and was told by Dr. Rawls that I needed to lose weight and that if I need pain medicine to go to my pain management Dr. That's in Hampton and I'm in Va. Beach. He gave me some damn Ibroprophen that he knows wouldn't work. I tried to tell him and he said to me that he won't argue with me and walked out the room. I hate him and this place with a passion. They have the audacity to treat certain people like damn junkies while giving preferential treatment to others. I'm gonna find another Dr. in a hurry.

My mom was trying to find a place for my grandmother to get her coumidin checked monthly. All the clinic had to do was take her blood, place in the machine and send it to her coumidin clinic...but she was declined due to my grandmother being over 72yrs old. How does a doctor turn away a patient due to her age? Once you hit 72 are you no longer of value to get help?
