Hampton Road Radiology billing suck! They billed me instead of my insurance company. When i contacted them concerning this they referred me to my insurance company claiming that they rejected the claim. Turns out they (HRRA) billed the wrong insurance company. When i got back in contact with HRRA they agreed to the mix up then explained to me that it was due to the 3-D imaging that my insurance company doesn't pay for as of now. I ask how much was the image profile she told me 37.51 i agreed to pay that amount. A few months later i received another bill but this time it was with an collections agency for the full amount of 157.51 when i only owed them 37.51. Im still waiting to have this problem resolved!
