Very unprofessional staff. I called in about some pretty concerning symptoms as I am young and fairly healthy. They told me they would have a nurse call me the following day. They never did call. I let that go. Then it took me 5 attempts to get through to their office, one time they hung up. Horrible phone service. Okay, I let it go. I finally made an appointment but couldn't see my regular PCP and so I opted to see a PA. She seemed like the highlight of my experience, minus the fact that she highly doubted I had possible Lyme disease and joked that she would check me for ticks right there. ( bad joke and seemed to know nothing accurate about Lyme) I have family and friends who have it. Ok... then I was given a referral to neurologist and told to wait a week to contact Tricare to see if they accept/deny. After long hold times with tricare, I find out the office never sent the referral to begin with. That was the last straw for me, changing doctors, stay away!

Took off work to go to come to an appointment for a physical, turned out the front office had made the appointment for before a year so the insurance wouldn't cover it. The nurse had me seen by the doctor so they could charge me for the appointment. When I complained she, agreed to waive the fee. Then they submitted to the insurance anyway, and somehow managed to bill me for more than my co-pay. Not only have referrals not been submitted as the other person said, she also doesn't respond to refill requests from the pharmacy. When I request paper copies because of exactly this issue, they try to refuse.
The only good thing about this office is the phlebotomists.
Overall, go somewhere else.

You wait 45 mins or more for a 5 minute appointment where the doctors do not listen to you. I've asked for multiple referrals and never got them, had to find my own specialists. Will not go back.

Last appointment I had I waited a hour and 45mins, now I'm back for a check up to see how I'm healing and I've been waiting for almost a hour. I understand 10-15 minutes but this is ridiculous. I'm here on my day off, if it was gonna be an hour later then we should have scheduled another time. I don't have time to waste sitting here, especially when I know I'm only gonna be back there for 15 minutes
