The worst nurse ever with this practice. I had set up an annual visit. I started my period and had to reschedule that day since the nurse told me that if it's heavy and clotting that my internal exam will be difficult. They called me back pushing my appointment 2 weeks back due to a medical emergency. I called today back on my period to find out that I don't even have an appointment with them when I spoke to the nurse on many occasions with my phone on speaker so others in my house could hear the date as well. I was in a flat out lie, I have endometriosis and in large amounts of pain. Figured that this place would do that to you. I left the practice before due to the horrible horrible bed side matters that Mrs Matthews nurse has.
