I had my rental for awhile and had to extend multiple times due to circumstances and in every instance working with this Enterprise every single employee was extremely kind, helpful, courteous and I deeply appreciate how I've been treated here. Their customer service is top-notch and the best I've ever seen. I've never had an issue with an Enterprise Rent-a-Car but this one in particular has been awesome. I had a stroller and carseat when I showed up and they switched the vehicle they were originally going to give me for one that would more comfortably fit the stroller in the back, which was very thoughtful, and when I finally turned it in one of their employees drove me and my daughter home and she was awesome to talk to and she was patient while I installed the car seat which takes forever to do correctly (her name was Brittany, I apologize if it isn't spelled correctly). If I ever have to rent a vehicle again in this area I'm definitely coming back here and I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental.

Most helpful rental car staff I've ever encountered. Phone system needs some work though - when a call to this location doesn't get answered and you get put on hold, it's normal for a minute but then there's a shrill sound for a bit and you are disconnected.

This Enterprise location sets the standard of service. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. As a result of the great quality if service I received at this location, I will always rent from Enterprise.

The car was hired from the Virginia Beach branch and handed over in Washington DC (airport branch) ..The customer service is very good, The staff are very helpful and the procedures are very easy.
