Overall great experience, loved it. If you’d like an action packed experience then this is for you because folks, this is the real wet & wild. When I first found out I was coming here though, I DID NOT WANT TO GET WET. I’m a teenage girl with fake hair, eyelashes, eyebrows and nails and I was NOT excited. So let me give all of you out there some real advice if you really don’t want to get wet on this thing, because I stayed BONE DRY. First of all, say goodbye to your makeup because unless you put a plastic poncho on backwards & the hood over your face that’s honestly a lost cause, my face got soaked and I had my head down avoiding the water & screaming pretty much the whole time. I WILL however tell you how to save your clothes and hair.
1. Buy a pack of shower caps and put one of those babies over all of your hair
2. Get a PLASIC poncho and wear it directly on top of your clothes (NOT ONE OF THE ONES THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH AT THE FALLS)
3. Make sure you wear shorts and a t-shirt and shoes you don’t really care about because your legs are gonna see some rain (or you can just wear the water shoes they provide for you, those puppies will work too)
4. Wear a poncho they provide you with OVER the PLASIC poncho
5. Put the hood UP on BOTH the ponchos (SHOWER CAP SHOULD BE ON UNDER ALL THAT BUSINESS DONT FORGET)
6. DO NOT wear one of the provided sweaters they give you
7. When you get on the boat, keep those ponchos as TIGHT to your legs, neck, arms and other body parts as possible
8. I kept my head down a lot because I get pretty sea sick but I mean I wouldn’t recommend sitting in the front of this nonsense either because then you’re really just asking for this to not work
And that my friends is how I stayed dry! Have fun and I hope this works for you!

Loved this adventure!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Taylor and Captain John were the best! I would highly recommend this trip. We hope to return to Niagara Falls and would love to jet boat again!! Thank you~~~~

Overall glad that we added this to our trip to Niagara Falls! It was an adrenaline rush at times but there were also times that the boat went kind of slow and they gave facts. I can see that some would enjoy that, but personally I was hoping for a fast and more jam packed boat ride. I loved that they supplied lockers for personal belongings and the gear needed to ride. Anyone considering this should know that you will get absolutely drenched but it is a lot of fun.

The staff was very professional and responsive.
They went over exactly what to expect, and what our role would be, before we even stepped foot on the boat.
They supply a poncho, (not one of the cheep trash bag ones you get on the Hornblower), a life jacket, and water shoes.
We did the open top ride, and sat in the very front. They give you a bench seat, a bar to hold on to, and a pouch to put things in hanging from that bar. They also give you a locker to store stuff on dry land, as you get soaked, and everything in the pouch does as well.
The boat was flat bottom, and had a jet instead of standard prop, so they showed off doing fancy tricks along the way to the rapids.
The rapids were amazing, and you get absolutely drenched. The water towers over your head before crashing down in to the boat. The entire passanger cabin is literally full of water, which self bales out of the boat. There is no where that stays dry. All in all I think we did 5 or 6 runs through class V.
They record everything from getting off the bus to getting drenched. The boat itself has 2 or 3 cameras on it. One on the bow, one on the stern, and if you get on the boat you will be recorded, and have great video to show to friends and family, although of course you need to buy it, and the pictures.
The one issue I had with them is it took them nearly 5 days to get us the pictures and videos, when they said it would only take 24 hours, if not less. But they were having technical issues, and I did get what I paid for in the end.
All in all, 5 stars.

This is a thrilling ride and tour. In between the boat taking on ever increasing rapids you get some history of the area. I'm a big chicken when in comes to turbulent water, my knuckles were white but I had so much fun. They provide ponchos, but you are still going to be soaked. Will most definitely do this again.
