We arrived at 6:30am after a 3 day drive. They charged us an extra $20 to stay past 11am. No problem, except they place us under a room under construction. Needless to say no sleep. I stepped on an earring in the carpet, not good. Plus the toilet did not work. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give no star but you have to give one.

The look and feel of the hotel was not welcoming at all. The sheets were not clean , had lot of flies in the room.Even we complained about this the owner didnt even gave a minimal response . Very bad service

Not what I expected for a motel room. Stayed here didn't get a comfortable feeling. Will not stay here again. Looks like a trashy motel to stay. Only slept here Stayed away much as possible. TV not good. Very Noisy. You hear ppl walking around. Floors squeak. Toilets flushing next door. TVS playing in next room

Not good value for money if you book late. We reached early and The Assistant General Manager said they can't hold our bags with a guaranty unless we pay the early check in fee. There was another family who faced the same problem. Really cheap guy and not helpful. Rest of the staff was better

Small and cozy and super cheap while still being livable. Walking distance to Niagara falls. Restaurant on site plus an indoor pool. Decent continental breakfast with a waffle maker. Yes, they are in the middle of remodeling, which makes it even more impressive
