Food was ok. Drinks were good. But way overpriced and far too noisy. Too many tables squished in even right at the door where a gentleman trying to eat kept getting hit by ladies purses.

Their express lunch is quick and always good, if your short on time. Have been there for dinner many times and the food is consistently good. They have the best cannoli's too. It's also nice that they recognize their loyal customers through their Royalty Rewards Program.

Wow.. great place. Friendly staff, Kelly, eoa for life! Not a thing wrong. Really great food as well. Recommend this to all my friends

We are here right now. 4 adults to children, hostess outside refused to attach two table to seat us outside. Spoke with the manager inside, and she set up seating for us outside.
We ordered a pitcher in the beginning, and the waitress was spilling as she poured it. She was also tripping, and forgot to get water. We think she was drunk.she was probably in her 40s and then there was 2 or 3 20 somewhat waitresses outside, literally doing nothing but serving as eye candy (one of them was really upset when we asked her to wipe the drinks that the other waitress spilled on the table).
I ordered "a cheese pizza with extra extra extra cheese". Didn't get any extra cheese on it. And could see the tomato sauce on it in some places.
I also tried the spaghetti (it was very dry) and the eggplant Parmesan (very greasy and lacks cheese, seemed like a frozen dish to me).
Before calling it a night, we asked for a round of water for everyone at the table to wash down the food, and the waitress's response to that was "for everyone? Even the kids?"
While paying the bill, I remembered to ask the waitress for the dessert for the kids and asked her if we can get them, her response: "some people just leave without it". ?!?!?!?! Umm when you take the children's plates away you are supposed to ask which dessert we want!
Needless to say, I won't be coming here again. On the bright side, parking is free.

Took 20 minutes to even take our drinks, another 20 for them to arrive (nice warm beer mm), and another 35 for food...was not packed of guests....
Everyone around us was waiting as well, not just our table.
Food is definitely not worth the price or wait times. Soggy nasty pizza. First and last time there. Will spend my money at much more consistent/better Italian restaurants of which Niagara has an abundant of. I guess a good spot for tourist or non picky locals but boy if you know how to eat and you're a local this is really sub par for Italian around these neck of the woods, big time.
