Their pet birds are not trained at all and bite. Good service. Overpriced pets. Quality of pets is not good.

The service at the store is acceptional. Everyone's very kind and helpful. I come here every week for my pet food and they are really a big help.

The attendants are a great help... They always have answers to all of my animal questions! I'm a teacher, so I go every week to take care of my pets at the school. Awesome experience every time

I went in today with my small, but double City Mini stroller and 2 children. Upon walking in past the clerk sitting at the counter, she promptly and rudely told me that I couldn't go back any further because my stroller won't fit. I told her I had been in there before and it fits just fine, without any problem. She informed me that she didn't care, I wasn't going any further. Never once did she say 'is there something I can help you get?' This would have been MUCH better received instead of her incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming demeanor. Suffice it to say I won't be back, PetsMart it is from now on.

New to the neighborhood and today my family and I come to the store for the first time and I must say we was very impressed.. The store was clean and organized, a young lady named Lilly that was there was a little busy when we irrived but as soon as she was done with the customer she was tending she gave us her undivided attention was and helpful to us. Glad to have a pet store that is very attentive to their customers
