I had great service while making the decision for my vacation, but as soon as the bill was paid, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to make a change or request additional information about my insurance coverage in the event of a very likely hurricane near my destination. I'm overall not impressed with the quality of service.

Nice to be able to sit down with a travel agent to sit down with one on one . They will get you exactly what you looking for. Little know fact you and pay off your trip in installments over time.
