This place is the worst I've been too. Sure it's clean n they do good with eyebrows but I got a pedicure there about a year ago n they were getting the dead skin off with the old scraper tool which is obviously not even allowed but w.e n they cut my toe real bad it wouldn't stop bleeding at all. They used napkins and bandages n everything. After all that I was nice enough to say u know what no biggie ever though it took forever to heal. Tell me how they still charged me for everything. I could have sued n they didn't care they smiled and all n I'm like do I have to pay and they were like yea. I couldn't hardly even walk.

I have been going to Spa Ella since the fall of 2014. Every time I go I love my nails, what this place lacks in size it more than makes up for in customer service. If you have to go during a lunch break there is no need to worry the service is always fast but never skips on quality. Do yourself a favor and go try them out. Show her this and tell her I sent you LOL. I get no perks for this review I just think when a place is this good everyone should know

This is a great nail salon especially considering their prices. The staff is super friendly, and, compared to most other salons I've been to, they seem to really care that your mani/pedi looks nice when you leave. I've never felt like I was getting a rush job from them. Good people, good service.

I went in with gels on asked for a new set. The lady who helped me, who I believe was the owner, put the used acetone back into the bottle from where it came. Also did not take off all of my original Polish. And when she filed my nails she only filed two and left them crooked. My nails look dirty and unkempt.
It has been 3 days since I have been and the Polish is coming off my nails.
