To the young women who wrote the review " the most unprofessional people " that is a understatement! Believe me they did you a favor, firing you before you actually worked. I worked at soho sanctuary for 6months and it was pure hell! Shahneela the Spa Coordinator is a super miserable women who takes everything out on her staff! It's really sad, it could be a beautiful space to work but, at the end of the day it come down to the owner Helen that allows and promotes this treatment of her employees, I guess as long as there are appointments on booked, she could care less about the women who work for her, and it shows! DO NOT WORK HERE!! Trust me, it is HELL on earth!
P.S I was also warned by previous employees who also experience the degrading treatment by management.

What a MESS of a place. Just like the others I too was hired there and had the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience in my work history. Stay clear of this place if you want to work at a normal stable place. I worked a whole week then told I was never hired. I emailed and told the owner who then said to come in. The manager Shahneela (an emotional mess) threw a tantrum and sent a poorly written email asking me to come in. After seeing that I sent the email declining returning there. She was front desk promoted to manager so absolutely no experience managing and it's clear with the way things are operated. I spent my first 2 days listening to her bad mouth every employee there and then smiled in their faces. If she did that to them then I'm sure she did that to me. What an awful environment to work in. I'm glad to have dodged that bullet and warn you all to stay clear of this disaster. My goodness, I need to burn sage after this one!

This is the worst placed ever!!! I went with my friends this past Saturday for the first time. We got in the water and right in front of the lifeguard they stoled our ropes with cellphones on it! It became a nightmare, after sling for help they told us the person who manag s the security cámaras was gone, I was like how could this be possible is was 7:pm!! I requested a manager Mr. Soler came and nicely done send us away processing is he was going t o chance the cámaras and he was going to help us, he also said this happens often in this place, that we had to be careful, I said to him.m there should be signs everywhere! it was 11:pm and had to requested to speak to him again, cause we wanted to leave, after 20 minutes he came by he said it was a couple who took the ropes and the had left the place, there was nothing else we could do. I said it is sad you too This long to get back to us, but I ask for a copy of the report just for my insurance. He said sure, then came back and said sorry I can't give it to you... why don't know up to this point, he said it was privacy issue!! Reallly They knew the people who stole the phones and did not do anyhing! Wast of our time and money. Worse place ever they only look up to their own interest. We are regulars at spa castle and never had any issues there! Please do not come to this place!!!

I was offered a job here as front desk receptionist on June 25, 2017, my "first day" of training was yesterday July 5. I was offered a FULL TIME position and unfortunately the company never sent me a offer letter I didn't think anything of it. I start filling out paper work they need me to fill out and I obviously put down I'm full time because that's what was offered to me the hiring manager Sophie reviews my paper work and tells me your not full time your part time. I was in shock and I told her that's not what we discusssed, she brings me into her office she can't even really look at me and starts getting defensive saying she would never offer that I'm only hiring for part time. Part time was never discussed in any of our conversations and when she offered me the job I even asked " full time correct"? And she said YES. So she tells me take some time to think about it and I calmly tell her okay and I'm the one apologizing at this point when she should be and I tell her I'll give you guys a call back shortly after I have some time to think about this. I call back in less than an hour and tell them it's okay I'll take the part time position. Maybe an hour or two later Sophie calls me back to tell me the spa will be closed tomorrow July 6th and that she will call me and let me know when I can come back to finish my training. I felt like it was kind of weird but I did know that the spa was having problems with the AC and they did close on Monday because of that issue. So today July 6th I call just because I had a funny feeling. It turns out the spa never closed and she lied to me AGAIN. I've done nothing wrong at all and I was lied to twice so far so I leave a message with the girl at the front for Sophie to call me back. I kind of got upset because I was being played with and I've never had to deal with anything like this so I call again and let them know I would like to speak to the person who's really in charge. She calls me back and I'm speaking so calm to this woman my whole family is around me I wouldn't yell or be unprofessional at all so I start telling her the situation and the " spa coordinator" is like first of all don't speak to me like that I was speaking so calm and just telling her what I had just been through with the hiring manager Sophie and she just kept telling me I was wrong they never hired me and hat I was in the probationary period and they can fire me if they want. It was just so crazy to me. So I tell her I was hired for a full time position I filled out paper work I have a schedule and the women tells me well I would even hire you any way because your disrespectful. I am speaking to her so calm maybe I was speaking a little fast at first but it was because who wouldn't feel upset. DO NOT APPLY HERE!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever had to deal with!

I was there before ... someone got me a gift card for my birthday.. Made an appointment - had to cancel because my babysitter didn't show up(I didn't plan for this - it happens) - they were so rude on the phone!!!! And they charged me for the massage. Obviously never using them again....
