This place is absolutely phenomenal. I hadn't been to a Jimjilbang since living in Korea back in 2014, and I was not disappointed. Although substantially more expensive then the jimjimbangs which are abundant in Korea, it was much more spa-like and luxuious. I felt like a queen and my skin is so soft thanks to the thorough scrub by Heidi and I feel so relaxed thanks to the heavenly massage by Murnia!

To me it was not a good experience. I normally go to spas to relax and help with my anxiety. This place did not help at all. I kinda ran out of it because I was about to get an anxiety attack there. The saunas are small and so dark. Health hazard for me. Because of my anxiety I need to sleep with some lights unless I'm with someone who I trust. My and my friend went there she loves to get massages to me they're overpriced. I can get the same exact treatment for the same exact time at half the price at Josephine spa by upper manhattan. Yes it was clean staff was extremely nice but to me it didn't feel welcoming it was just a health hazard for my situation.

The perfect facial didn't include bio brasion which is what I wanted, instead I got firming 🤔.
Then I asked for an eyebrow shape which cost $38 😳
Finally the upselling by reception; they kept telling me to book in for a body scrub even though I said I was going home the next day 🤔🤔🤔
Proves this salon does not listen.

My close friends told me the body scrubs here were excellent. I'm not a fan of spas, but I felt dirty so I went anyways. I felt extremely fresh, clean, and lighter after the scrub. It was like I was a new person. Since the scrub was delightful, I decided to add 30 minutes of massaging. I found out that it was $156 and it was worth the money. The massage relieved all of my stress that I had from work. I would definitely go again!

My sister and I had an appointment on July 1st it was our first time here and the experience and the staff were amazing. The massages were great and we loved the sauna and the herbal steam room. My sister and I made a vow to come to Juvenex Spa at least twice a month this is gonna be our spa for now on. We can't wait to go back this Spa is a thumbs up.
