45 min chiropracting means: 20 min conversation, questions about my health and body condition, demonstration of the human body on a board, 10 min gentle massage, 5 min actual job on my neck and spine. Not full body adjustment. The stuff is friendly and the place is clean

I discovered STRIVE through a friend a of mine. She had great things to say about this place, so I decided to give them a try. I've been seeing the nutritionist for quite some time now, and I have to say I am really happy with the progress. The entire atmosphere is great, from the time you walk through the door.
I first met with Dr.Moscati for a consultation and then he introduced me to Lionel the nutritionist. I explained my concerns to him and he really took the time to go over the many options with me. My goal was to start eating healthy, as I was training for a race. He gave me a list of food and drinks that I can buy and make on my own, to help with energy levels and boost my metabolism. At first, it was difficult to adjust but I knew that I needed to do this. After a couple weeks of eating/drinking clean, I started to see and feel a difference.
Overall, I am beyond happy with the results that I've been getting. STRIVE is great- easy to schedule, friendly staff. I would recommend them to just about anyone.

I have been having hip and knee issues from running / cycling and between the massage and the Graston technique work it feels much better! Great ambiance in the facility as well.
