I just called again and spoke with a young lady who was very helpful and redeemed your company. Whomever l spoke with yesterday l cant say because l didn't ask for their name. All l can say was that it was around 5pm. So whoever was scheduled to work around that time needs more training. Thank you for fixing that issue.
Whoever answers the telephone doesnt matter who they are sound ghetto as hell. How do you answer the phone but cant take a message? Very poor customer service. They need to go back for better training.

I want to thank you all for your kindness and caring with the way you treated my mother in this situation and really helped her. I rented a power chair for my mother who could no longer get around, She is very independent but did not have the strength to use a manual chair, I knew nothing about how to rent a motorized chair so I trusted the folks at Welcare Pharmacy.

After my accident and ankle surgery I needed to rent a scooter so I could get around. My rehab nurse suggested I go to Welcare Pharmacy. I went there in a borrowed chair and the person I worked with was very helpful in providing the perfect scooter to rent for my recovery. They accepted my insurance without any problem too.

Excellent service by Welcare, drug store for all your surgical needs come here, they do casting, they specialize in diabetic, orthopedic shoes, topical creams, extremely fast delivery like no other in Williamsburg Brooklyn Highly recommended by many medical professionals in the neighborhood. This a speciality pharmacy who truly care for their customers needs. They have a staff of more then 15 people just for support. Their staff are highly trained in customer service. Their priced over the counter items are very fair, for those who have OTC Card they able to accept it. With this OTC card you able to make A purchase in front of the store. They can rent you a power chair, power scooter for all the disabled, they Carrie a large inventory wheel chairs, medical mattress, they can fit you for custom shoes with custom insoles for you feet. They also can repair you medical equipment if need. My family members are all pleased. They go above and beyond for all their customers because they truly care. Polite staff, quick refills and good prices An amiable neighborhood pharmacy with a very good selection of surgical supplies, that has a lot to offer over the big chains . one of the best pharmacy in Brooklyn Welcare took care of all our family needs, compounding medication, Surgical prescribed shoes, The pharmacy owner is part of the community - he lives in the area and also works at the store. He showed genuine interest in me as a customer and offered a generic drug, when available to save me money.
I am all about supporting small business owners, especially when they're genuinely good people. This is one that has earned my trust and loyalty and I am sure they will earns yours too.
They also have a good variety of general supplies, and over the counter drugs. The pharmacist is extremely fast , takes the time in consulting .
