Unreliable. Were supposed to deliver a necessary medication by a certain time. They missed the deadline.

We've had a few good deliveries, so I'm changing this review.
I do wish the communication about the delivery were better, hence the 4, not 5, star rating, but we've had no problems since that night, so my initial assessment was too harsh.
If communication about delivery time were better, I'd be happy to change my 4 star rating to a 5.

For the last few years I have had nothing but exceptional service from the people of Kraupners. I have read some of the negative reviews posted but I am quite sure they are based on unique experiences that more than likely are not the norm for a local community pharmacy based on individuals who are not accustomed to needing chronic care medication management. I have been and continue to be met with both professional and personal kindness and service from the pharmacists to the individuals who take your prescriptions and orders. They are highly recommended and a welcome community service.

These people are crooks!! They didn't like the contracted rate the insurance company had with them for my medication and the fact that I lived so far for the delivery so on a Saturday night after going around in circles with me and the insurance company since that afternoon they suddenly didn't "have anymore" and had sold the last bottle. Then our nurse called and they told her they did have it. Then it was too late to get the medication anywhere else and they likely cause the failure of my IVF due to the lack of my needed medication. The next day as I continue to struggle with getting the medication a different nurse from my doctors office called them and they said they needed a $55 delivery fee, which they never even asked me for the night before just lied and told me they didn't have it anymore. I would have gladly paid the delivery fee if they had just asked. What they did was illegal! They are greedy, crooks who have no caring for the medical needs of their clients, only their pockets!!
