Great location and price for staying in NYC. Minutes from subway access, and quick food nearby. Elevated train roars by every 4 minutes, so not the quietest rooms, but fine for those used to urban noises. Room was relatively spacious, and was very clean. Bedding was firm and plasticy, but easy to get to sleep after walking around the city all day. Friendly staff and nice lounge room.

It's loud here any way you cut it. Stayed in a 4 bed dorm, price is ok for NYC. The layout of the room is terrible because there's no physical separation or sealed door to the bathroom in the 4 bed suite. So, you will always wake up or be woken up by your neighbors. On top of that, the train line is conveniently close so the train screeches by all day and all night. Ear plugs required. Upside is cheap rate for decent access to the Manhattan and Brooklyn.

24 hour staff was fantastic, guests were nice and welcoming. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend any time in the common areas. Everything I was was nice and clean, no problems.

Brilliant, laid back atmosphere in a really handy location. Lovely staff and good sized rooms. The bathrooms are clean although very small and privacy is an issue

Truly great location. You can get to almost any subway near here. Close from Time square. Clean bed and bathroom. Spacious lounge. But it has some noise because of the nearest subway. It might bother you sleeping but I was okay bc they gave me earplugs.
