This hotel has taken my money and they are not responding to repeated emails or messages on Facebook. Staying at this hotel was the worst decision of my US trip.

Very good value for money.!Nice rooms, spacious enough. Good breakfast and very good and helpful staff! 15min to Central Park by public transportation.
Would do it again!

It's a bit small then most places but staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed is super comfy as well. Couple places within walking distance food wise
Parking is on the street which kinda
Sucks as depending where you park you gotta pay.
View is super nice and see one of the couple bridges from room!

A great hotel.
After staying for the night, I was pleased in every way. The room was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel is in a good, central location in the Queens/Long Island City area. The only issue I had was that the heater came and went, but this failed to be any real problem (and the manager promised to look into it after I mentioned it). If ever again in the area and in need of a place, I'd gladly return.
A big thank-you to everyone at this hotel. Keep up the good work :)
