This was the worst office I have ever stepped foot in - in my entire life. My husband made an appointment yesterday, 10/19, for today, 10/20 at 9am. He checked in at 9am and filled out all of the forms and sat patiently reading a book until 10:30. At 10:30 since he still had not been called back, he asked how much longer it would be until he would be seen. The receptionist then said "you were a walk in, walk in's have to wait.". He then explained that he had in fact made an appointment... she stopped listening halfway through his sentence and walked away. At 11:15am he was brought into triage where he asked if it was necessary for his vitals to be taken (his foot is broken and he just needed a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon).. the receptionist that had originally ignored him then said "I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS"... walked into the waiting room where she began talking poorly about him to the waiting room and staff. He then grabbed a paper to start writing a complaint for the suggestion box and asked the receptionist for her name... shockingly, she did not respond. The office manager then said "Her name is Miss Watson". My husband proceeded to write the complaint when the receptionist came over to us and said "My name isn't Miss Watson, it is Tracy Hicks". I then asked why the so called office manager lied to us to which Tracy responded "she was trying to cover for me". Why is an office manager lying about her staffs names when someone is writing a suggestion for said staff member in the suggestion box? Red flag. The office manager then started saying she wasn't lying because Watson was her maiden name. Immediately after that, the office manager said she was new and didn't know the receptionists name at all so she couldn't be lying... if you didn't know the receptionist's name but you told me that Watson was her maiden name.. you're obviously lying. While my husband continued writing his complaint I took it upon myself to call his insurance. I asked them if it was required that he have a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon to which she simply responded "no". The funny thing is, when he made the appointment he asked Metro UrgiCare staff if he needed to go there for a referral or if he could go straight to a specialist and they said he had to come to their office first. This was a lie and a ploy to gain insurance money... which is FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! They steal insurance money, talk poorly about patients to staff in front of other patients, don't care about your time or needs and lie to you. This office should be condemned.

Had an appointment for 4:30pm, was not seen until 5:40pm. Comfortable waiting room, convenient hours

Made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, but that's better than many urgent care clinics. The nurse practitioner was thorough, helpful, and friendly. She was happy to answer follow-up questions when I called again a couple days later.

Today I waited for an hour I was not even seen and I was in so much pain it was ridiculous I will never go here again as long as the black lady doctor is there I have been here multiple times and never had any problems only with this lady

I was too sick to go into the city to my regular doctor so i decided to give this place a chance. Pleasant staff. Maybe a 20 minute wait. Very thorough. Would recommend
