I really wanted to like this place but this is the third time im going back because my crown fell out. Wish they would switch my doctor but if they do, they will charge me again. The front desk doesn't seem to care. It's so frustrating

This place looks quite nice and the dentists are very experienced. However what they did on billing was really bad. I've been seeing them for a few years in their mid town office. During 2016, they were closing down their mid town office and asked me to go to their downtown office. That's where all the headache came from. First of all, their billing department got the wrong annual maximum, off by $500. Secondly, they totally missed one of my visit to their midtown office when they told me the amount of money I need to pay out of pocket. Finally I end up getting a bill with $1000 and they are trying to do debt collection.
If you want to visit somewhere fancy, go there but if you want somewhere trustworthy, try to avoid!

I've been coming to ADA for the past few years and have always had a great experience with my orthodontist and Dental Assistant Tatiana. Both women have greeted me with a smile at the beginning of every visit. The equipment is state of the art and hours are flexible with my ever changing schedule. I really appreciate how concerned Dr. Bertman is with the customer service.

Got a cleaning and a root canal several days later... They were THE BEST. No joke. I even started falling asleep, they made me feel so comfy. Everyone there is so friendly as well. Really great staff. They made sure I knew what was going on, in my mouth and in my insurance coverage.
And not to sound too random, but they can honestly run a dating service or club in the office. The professionals are really beautiful (🔥), totally matching the atmosphere and their fun attitudes.
