i debated writing a review because I often like to chalk up negative experiences with someone having a bad day ( and everyone has bad days). My experience was not just terrible, it was disgusting. When I saw the reviews posted on yelp I had high hopes that I would be able to get a hair style that I was looking for. Boy was I wrong. First they over booked the lady I was seeing, and she had to mention it to me maybe 6 times, which in turn due to my tight time line I ended up blow drying my own hair. I was in the chair and she started to finally curl my hair, she was not only unfriendly when I tried to make conversation she was unresponsive and damn rude. When she did speak I felt uncomfortable with her constant back handed comments. She complained my hair was to fine and difficult to work with, (I actually have thick hair), and like why didn't' you suggest something that would work on my hair instead of making me feel bad. Knowing i was so upset she maybe sprayed me in the face and body with hairspray 17 times with no apologies, it was clear she wasn't trying to spray my hair! After tugging and pulling on my hair, spraying me in the face. I looked in the mirror to this, some how this is 20's style curls. After i said I cant leave like this, I got well your hair is really dry try oil.

Amanda was beyond amazing! Was out running errands and thought I really needed my hair washed. Saw Spa Isbell was on my way and decided to give them a try. Had an blowout and style by Amanda. She definitely pays attention to details. Friendly staff, chill atmosphere and did I mention a was served wine! Thanks for the gorgeous hair!

I saw Crystal several times and she gave me my cute bob as seen in this picture. I love Spa Isabell! Unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I have since lost my hair. When my hair comes back so will I!

They did an excellent job of getting my boyfriend and I in last second for a couples massage. The massage was incredible. Lovely place. Couldn't recommend it more!

Get great haircuts by Angela. She also knows color well. I have noticed that she likes to mentor new people. Once she spent twice the usual time cutting my hair, because she was giviing instructions on technical reasons for what she was doing to a new staff person watching us.
