On the last three visits my pizza wasn’t up to par.
Barely had cheese and literally 8 pepperonis. This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been too.

This location don't deserve ANY stars they have the absolute WORSE customer service I've ever experienced in my life because I called to complain about my order the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and down right nasty. After being lefted on hold repeatedly when I asked to speak to a manager for 30 mins or more, when my husband called she cussed him and said "F*** you and your order" and then she hung up and left the phone off the hook. I've also called customer service repeatedly asking for a refund with no reply so I can securely say hirrible hut will NEVERRRR get my business EVERRR again my rating for them 0 ☆ they don't deserve ANY

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it's still not here, it's been 2 hours. I live less than 2 miles away. Can't even get an employee on the phone, tried calling three times and keep being put on hold then disconnected. Worst service I've experienced ever.

Aside from the snot dripping from the guy who was checking me out nose as he wiped it with his shirt my pizza was poorly made and I was charged twice after paying with cash and card. I can't believe I even took the pizza home after seeing his disgusting nose dripping. I woke up thinking how disgusting this location is.

Placed an order for a 2 pizzas and cheese sticks and a 2 liter drink. Spending about 30 bucks. Expecting my order to be ready at the time i was given it wasnt i waited for 1.5 hours. I was nice and calm. I asked would there be any type of compensation for the wait. They said "if i do it for you i would have to do it for everybody else". Now that is terrible service! I would not recommebd this one. The message was they cant control the orders from coming in they cant stop them.
