Ordered hot sausage, mustard and lite lettuce only... get to work.. sandwich is full of melted cheese. Tried calling SEVERAL times no answer... Will be there when I get off at 6 am!!!! Horrible!!!

Gene's Po Boys are anything but Poor! These are some of the best sandwiches! This is a great spot for anyone looking for a taste of NOLA. You can't go wrong! The staff is happy to help you make a selection!

I had the bayou burger and it was excellent. You will have locals and tourists stopping by, cut-off jeans and three piece suits. Based on past reviews, some people may have been offended by the clientele. If you don't mind mixing with everyday folk, and want a unique experience take a chance.
