Nice party of town, easy to get to the French Quarter and other sites via the streetcar. Staff was very friendly. Need very comfortable and a great shower. The roof top bar was a lot of fun with a great view.

There is no coffee in the room and no way to get it before 7am. Also no exercise facility on site. For 600 per night I expected better. Would not go back

The beds were excellent!
BUT, if you are a coffee drinker, do not stay here!There was NO coffee, anywhere between 8 pm and 8 am! I️ have NEVER stayed in any hotel , anywhere in the world ,where I️ could not get a cup of coffee! We asked at the front desk and were told “ it is corporate policy to have no coffee in the rooms, entrance area or cafe!” They do not supply any coffee to their guests!
If you want a cold beer for breakfast, they have you covered!
I️ am sorry , but for $1300 for two nights stay, you could give me a cup of coffee and a free bottle of water!
The woman at the front desk ( young) at 2 pm today was unrepentant when I️ complained!
It is a coffee less hotel and if you want water, expect to pay!

Love the decor here!!! The staff are incredibly sweet, right by the trolley, and many options here to eat or drink without leaving the hotel! Really enjoying our beautiful room, will definitely come back :)

This place was really great. It was like a proper lounge, with an awesome singer/pianist who interacted with the crowd, he had an AMAZING voice. My husband had the chicken sliders that were delicious. I was recuperating from food poisoning, and they were amazing and accommodating and served me plain rice, as requested. Even the plain rice was scrumptious. The next day, I'm all better! Highly recommend!
