Great experience. Close enough to Bourbon and Canal streets/French Qtr. Nothing super special about the room but definitely clean and worth the rate. Spend the extra cash for a guaranteed clean room without surprises. Front desk staff was helpful and were able recommend restaurants, activities provide directions when needed. Overall, we had a decent experience here and would stay here again.

Great hotel for conferences of small groups. Food good. Front desk staff fabulous, friendly and helpful. If you love art this is the place to stay. Easy walk to French quarter and river walk mall. Excellent restaurants within walking distance or a short uber ride.

I was in an upgraded room. It was a normal hotel room layout but way bigger. The shower pressure was pretty good and they had Aveda products. It was nice to get a free upgrade. I'm only silver level. The lobby had some interesting art and opened up to an atrium. The VIP lounge was a tiny room with some snacks and drinks. I don't think the hotel has it's own restaurant. It has one attached to it. The food there was really good. The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. I didn't realize that the room had a doorbell that doubles as the do not disturb sign. We got a late check-out but the maids kept coming. Finally one of them told me about the button. I really like this part of town. The restaurants are great and it's not as crazy and it's a lot cleaner than the French Quarter. It's usually quieter but this was a busy weekend so there was some noise coming from next door and outside. A good cheap way to get around is the trolley on St. Charles. It's $1.25. Bring exact change. I will probably stay here again.

What was once a gleaming, inspired, modern property has somehow been transformed into a muddled, incoherent mess. Sure, the service was friendly and efficient, however, the disparate designs and random worn furniture (not to mention the unfortunate not-in-use registration and meetings tables unceremoniously parked hither and yon) rendered the lobby utterly incomprehensible. If the grungy Legacy Kitchen decor is supposed to evoke an artist's loft, please do try again -- and maybe try to prevent that look from spilling into the once-fabulous lobby. It wasn't broke -- but now that it is, you really should try to fix it.

Absolutely beautiful room! Very clean and elegant! Comfortable double beds in the room. A desk with a desk chair. Coffee and tea and a coffee maker. A comfortable River and slippers. A large flat screen TV and remote, in room safe and mini fridge. Hair dryer, and make up mirror. Iron and ironing board, as well as cleaning service offers.
The bathroom has a rain shower head, that I love! Spacious counters and the towels are luxurious!
We gave a balcony that looks down into an open area where you can see the cafeteria, and the sun chimneys into the area via the sunroof.
