The staff is very helpful and attentive. They were quick to help with bags and even approached us in the lobby to determine what activities they can help arrange for us. They have free water, coffee, and orange juice in the lobby. The honor snack bar in the room and the alcohlic drinks in the lobby bar were reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and quiet. It was quite comfortable. However, the room wasn't ready at check-in due to it being very busy the day before. When they were ready, the comfort was a little damp. Other than that, our stay was definitely comfortable. It is located close to the Lafayette cemetery and located by the beautiful architecture. You could take a walking tour of the neighborhood and/or cemetary.

Stayed for one night while visiting New Orleans. Amazing building and decor. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in beautiful Garden District. Short drive to French Quarter.

I love this location in the garden district. Exceptional customer service! Beds and pillows were very comfy. The rooms are really nice but very small.

I happen to book through Hotel Tonight and was pleasantly surprised to find this Hotel was named after one of the Architects who desinged the wonderful buildings in New Orleans. Thew staff was super friendly, but what I liked the most was the books in the lobby/lounge about Henry Howard which informed me about the history of the city's architecture. Just a spectacular place close to all the architectural gems in the Garden District. Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the unique New Orleans design.
I happen to book through Hotel Tonight and was pleasantly surprised to find this Hotel was named after one of the Architects who desinged the wonderful buildings in New Orleans. Thew staff was super friendly, but what I liked the most was the books in the lobby/lounge about Henry Howard which informed me about the history of the city's architecture. Just a spectacular place close to all the architectural gems in the Garden District. Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the unique New Orleans design.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
The ONLY thing that didn't go right or wasn't perfect about our stay was that our room key cards stopped working several times a day. It was annoying to go up to our room, have our key not work, and have to go back downstairs and get it reprogrammed. Other than that, this stay was awesome.
Staying in a Henry Howard house was a privilege since he was/is one of the most talented and acclaimed architects in the south. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, updated, and classic. Beds were like a dream.
