I have worked in a hospital for 42 years, and I am very critical when it comes to patient care because I have seen a major decline in hospital care over the past years. My sister was recently a patient at Tulane for a major surgery and in ICU for 6 days. The level of care she received in this hospital was amazing. Haven’t seen this much care and concern in a long time. On a scale of 1-10, they would rate a 12

Five stars for the doctor, two for administration: For some reason, administrative details never work out clearly. I have had to wait from 20 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. Sometimes I do not receive lab orders. The only consistent form of communication that gives me results is calling. HOWEVER, all of that being said, Dr. Kahn is the best urologist I have been to, and I have been to many. She has extensive knowledge and gives realistic solutions. It is worth dealing with administrative inconsistencies to see her.

I was feeling so bad right before shift change, and I know how that can be when your ready to get off, but that didn’t stop them from taking care of me. They all came together and helped me in the most caring way EVER!!!!!! From the time I checked in until I left my experience at Tulane was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I will recommend anyone to go here. Great Job Tulane ER😘

The whole cardiology clinic from checking in to checking out is awesome. Great attitudes, very friendly and helpful.
Went to the ER once and will never return. Worker had a "why are you even here" attitude. How do you even examine someone without touching them or using tools/instruments?

I just completed 6 weeks of physical therapy at Tulane Hospital going 3 times a week. All there were very pleasant to deal with. Rich was the person I dealt with most of the time. He was always very professional and knowledgeable regarding his craft as were Matt and Brad who I worked with occasionally. The support staff (Pam and her partner whose name I cannot remember) we're also super nice and always helpful. I would like to acknowledge the nice lady who attends the garage checkout booth for assistance and kindnesses she displayed. Also, she had the nicest smile and always made my day. It was a great experience.
