An absolutely beautiful Hotel Spa Casino the staff is just wonderful and make you feel right at home. Valet parking is the way to go. You are in walking distance to local sites in the French quarter. Had a blast and won money too.

The place to go to and enjoy. Small but grea t casino to play. Employees are great. Bar is very nice with prompt Bartenders. Love it

Huge variety of slots which I love... And the ability to order drinks right from your slot machine instead of waiting for a waitress was huge! Decent buffet... A few Cajun items but would have loved more

I bought $100 (one fresh $100 bill) worth of five dollar chips at a roulette table to start off my night. After about 3 rolls the dealers switched. The table wasn't really working out how I wanted it to, so decided to cash out. The new dealer handed me four $5 chips to cash in at the cashier cage. Thinking maybe this was some kind of designator, I reluctantly went to the cashier, and they handed me a $20 bill. I had to get the chips back, go back to the table, and tell the new dealer to swap out my chips. He said that I gave him twenty $1 chips. I had to call over a pit boss to review the tapes, and after 45 mins of looking like a jackass on my honeymoon I was able to leave. Never an apology, never an incentive to recoup business.
