I brought my cat here for 14 years and always had an excellent experience. They are definitely expensive which is why the 4 stars, but you're paying for a clean environment, friendly staff, a cat-only environment that's decorated to feel comfortable, and of course the specialized cat care. Dr. Richter is very gentle, knowledgeable and walks you through everything he does to your animal. I've also never had to wait when I've made appointments. They call me right in when I arrive which is great for the cat to try and make it as quick and stress-free for them as possible.

The veterinarians are very through, caring, and understanding! The staff is amazing! I always feel welcome and my cat receives excellent care!

Unless you have money to burn, live in Woodbridge, or like being taken advantage of ; avoid at all costs. Your pocketbook will be raped at each visit!
