Very poor experience. We had to wait for 20 minutes to place order. They didn't serve complete order but charged in the bill. Nobody cared to modify the bill. No apologies. Very unprofessional place. Will not recommend at all.

Very tasty and authentic looking vegetarian Indian food. I recommend the spiced Lassi, which is very tasty but somewhat expensive. The iPad Mini menus are slick as well.

The food is very good but a poor customer service takes away the eating experience. When we enquired when our food will be available we were informed that there is not many staff today and the message was it will come when it comes. We came with 3 kids who became restless and this response did not help.
For thali too to get the full credit of good food and jump to next level- the senior staff have to be trained in customer experience management

This is some of the best south Indian food I have ever eaten outside of South India! Their dosas are perfection. And their Sunday brunch is just amazing -- it's an all-you-can-eat situation, but it's not a buffet. They just bring you little portions of whatever you order off the menu. It's perfect, because the food is made to order. One of the things I miss the most about New Haven is Thali Too!

My 1st visit here, & I will stop in again sometime. The cucumber salad I so wanted to refresh me because it was a very warm day was not available, so I had the crispy okra salad. Bits of tomato & cilantro helped that have a cooling effect. The spicy vegetable wrap was really tasty & the veges were perfectly tender, not mushy at all. My server was attentive & polite. I'm not vegetarian, but my meal was satisfying & other dishes I saw looked to be as well.
