I was there three months ago and I mentioned to the manager that the refrigerator was too close to the register and a wheelchair could not get by.He said go out the restaurant and use the other entrance.So I had to pay @ the register then drive backwards to exit the enter through the other doorway.Then he brought to me,on the other side,a salad that was not washed.I ate lettuce with dirt on it.He assured me things will get better.I visited today and noticed the fridge was still in the same place.

I hate it cuz EVERYTIME I go here they r doing everything else and when a customer comes in they don't even WASH THEIR HANDS! Pisses me off and then when u ask them to THEY give you an attitude. And don't even use SOAP! I try to go in there and be nice but TODAY THEY SOLD ME TWO SLICES OF PEPPERONI THAT HAS HAD ME IN THE BATHROOM SINCE I ATE IT. TRIED TO CALL THE DARN NUMBER IS A NON WORKING NUMBER! Don't be selling US BAD FOOD! Got me sick I'm pissed I'm going back there tomorrow. And they wonder why I'm always watching them closely! Just nasty! NEVER AGAIN!

Even at 9:30pm, the pizza slice I got was respectable and not greasy at all. There is a Hispanic guy who works there... he has a thin beard and is into spider-man. He was really nice and very friendly. Not only did he heat up my slice well he also made my arrival in new haven very pleasant. Being that it is memorial day, it was nice to have someone ask me if I was military rather than me needing to tell them (discount).
