New chef is a marvel - better fish ‘n chips than Dublin, not to mention the shepherd’s pie, and the Guinness stew. Good ambience, music, and great pub fare.

The best ribs ever I’ve been trying to find the best ribs up north since I left North Carolina and this is the place to go to I certify that one for homemade fries also delicious I can’t see myself order from any other place not I finally found the best restaurant

Two of us shared the BBQ Ribs, steak fries & Cole slaw. Good. My friend had a couple tap beers, enjoyed the double IPA Brew from Colorado.

I Love the Playwright it's a great place to eat Love Sundays for the Irish music sessions and singing, lovely friendly people..Great staff excellent service....I highly recommend it..Eileen Nestor

The Playwright is one of our favorite places! We only wish we lived closer. Owned and built by a Limerick man, it is one of the most authentically Irish Pubs we have been to. The menu, while offering some typical American fare, has a nice selection of classic Irish food and even some of the waitstaff call Ireland home. On Sunday afternoons, one can be treated to some live Irish folk music as local musicians gather around one of the tables and play.This place is a must for anyone who is looking for a good fix of Celtic food and music.
