The doctor's and nurses were always very pleasant, and always took the time to explain everything, I've been admitted to the Saint Raphael campus a couple times and would never want to be anywhere else while needing to be in the hospital. I absolutely would recommend to anybody needing a hospital to go here.

I give 5 stars for the doctors and nurses (not the ER both registration and triage are clueless and hate their job) Once I was admitted (this is my second stay here for pancreatitis) I feel safe because both doctors and nurses are amazing, compassionate and they make sure you are being well taking care of and they explain everything in details!

My mother recovered from a kidney surgery @ this hospital in May 2016 and received such poor treatment.
-Poor facilities
-Slow service
-Unfriendly staff
Everything she asked seemed to be an issue. The Drs. and nurses were rude and did not express in TLC to my mother or her roommate. I am in the process of writing a formal compliant, but this is a summary.

I had the benefit of being taken care of in a new uniy. The floor and individual private rooms were well appointed, spacious and had all new technology. However, the real difference that made this experience exceptional was in the attention and close in monitoring by the professional staff. The Nurses, and support personnel genuinely cared for my well fare and showed it in their quick responses to requests,
