I wasn't in the best mood when I arrived, but the receptionist was very kind and patient. The place was very clean and I didn't have to wait. Everyone on the staff was professional and courteous. I asked quite a few questions and they were answered to my satisfaction, I was encouraged to ask questions. Not that anyone wants a reason to have to go to this type of facility, if you find yourself in a position where you do, I highly recommend.

I had looked at a few different reviews and decided to go to Stony Creek. I'm very happy with my decision. The front desk staff was very pleasant and my wait to be seen was very short. The NP I saw (Doreen) was very kind, knowledgeable, and wasn't trying to rush my visit. I was there for about an hour, but only because they did an x-ray which is in house. I will definitely be coming back here when I need to.

Helpful and knowledgeable doctors. Impeccably clean. My entire family have all been patients over the years and been happy with our experiences.

great staff, quick to see you but not a rushed visit with the doctor. Dr.Young has great credentials, is down to earth and is thoroughly invested in his patients. i have used the Branford office twice for my self and had too rush a coworker to Orange once, you can not beat the care. For those of us who hold a CDL license Stoney Creek UC is on the Federal list to perform the exam. keep up the great care!

I've been here on several occasions it's a great place and the doctor is very good and very helpful . I never half to wait a long time either. Me and all my coworkers go here if we ever need to see a doctor I would highly recommend this urgent care
