This was an interesting experience. Last time I was here was a few weeks ago. I had wonderful service and a great burger. This visit tonight was awful. The food tasted burnt horribly. Everything was cooked wrong. The waitress was cold and uninviting with a blank expression. She waited until I was done with my food to even ask if I needed anything. The guy who was singing and playing guitar was good but the place is too small for live music. The burger tasted like completely different beef. The service was slow. She didn't even seem to care when we complained. Upon asking for a manager or someone in charge she said there wasn't anyone managing working tonight. Wasn't very helpful. They didnt even have regular fries. Not sure what kind of place runs out of fries. Wasn't very good. Think first before going here. And if you see the manager let them know.

Not a good place for a quick meal. Arrived at 1pm with a group and did not get food until 2:40, after asking the kitchen and waitstaff several times to get out food to go. The food was decent, but not worth an hour and 40 minute wait.

I stop in here from time to time it's a nice place but a bit clikey. My past experience was really bad. Wasn't to busy and sat at the bar for 20 minutes both bartenders just kept walking by me and waiting on everybody else. My clothes were clean and showered before I went out,oh well plenty of other places to grab a quick drink.

Aside from the cozy environment, great selections of beer, this place is a gem. Great food , try the to die for fish tacos , best ones around hands down. Live music most weekend nights, outdoor patio and a nicely laid out bar area. Great for date night or company get together. Connor is a GREAT attentive bartender. The security staff is friendly and enjoy your presence. Come down thankfully i live 4 blocks up the street on union st.
