What the hell happened? This location has gone down hill big time. Twice we made an order only to get a call 15 min later to find out they were short staffed and had no driver. My wife complained and we were given a code for a free pizza for compensation. But when we put the order through online either this staff blatantly doesn't care or are completely brain dead. Getting your order right from this location is an improbability. Either they get the order wrong or they will forget some if your items. It's a bunch of younger kids working there now and I honestly question if the for is sanitary to eat. I will not be ordering from here again and if you do, good luck!

Pizza tasted dry. Literally couldn't taste the sauce and the chicken poppers weren't cooked all the way. First and last time..big disappointment. Dogs had a good lunch at least

I call, get put on hold. Wait 5 min and call back seeing I've been sitting on the phone. When they answer they say sorry there's only 2 people in the store and delivery is an hour and a half. If this happened one time fine. But this is the third time in a row. Maybe they should hire more people. We actually like the food

Why is it when i ask for well done, my pizza actually looks less cooked than my husbands pizza? Exactly why i prefer small pizza shops...just so happens to be the hubbys favorite and the only place open at 1030 so ended up being the only choice...o and to add...i get texted a promo code i tried to use it both on my ohone and my husbands phone and couldnt so when i called to place my order they said i couldnt use it and offered me cheese pizzas...like no thanks...

I would give this place a half a star if I could! It's very unfortunate that this place is the only papa johns in the city and their service is TERRIBLE! Most of the staff are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and not to mention you wait almost 2 hours for delivery to get a cold nasty greasy pizza that's not even cut. I am not one to write reviews however, I am all about service and if you cannot get professionalism down nor consistency at this place then you don't deserve my business. Get quality employees in there and your store will stay open. Keep the same ones there and guaranteed this place will be closing soon!
P.S. take time to hire quality employees with common sense and your business will shine!
