My mother asked if our food was ready and the blonde haired girl told my mother to sit down and wait. Not very nice considering we've already been here for 30 minutes.

I gave Metro Pizza five star for the simple fact is every time I have gone there I have found the surrounding which is very small restaurant but I always found it clean and the service was very prompt and your food came out quickly I mean although they have to make some of it because some is pre-made they I'm sure but it's always tastes fresh fresh fresh fresh and that's what I love about it and you can't go wrong with people that know what they're doing they been in the business for many many years and I'll tell you you won't be disappointed the food is yummy

Poor customer service, they claim to be open till 10 and every time we call they have some excuse either "its pick up only" or "the grills off". Completely unfriendly and rude and i will not be calling them again

Can't judge by the looks of place, food quality is good and consistent. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Even when really busy on a Fri pizza arrives in a timely manner nice and hot!!!
