Great service from a family-owned business. Extremely knowledgable, and all of their representatives were able to answer my questions thoroughly and quickly. Were extremely easy to work with and follow up with regarding my claim if I had any spur of the moment questions.

Very Poor Customer Service. No one point of contact. No continuity of Service. No Follow-Thru. Not geared for individual clients. I switched to a Mom & Pop Agency where I have a dedicated Agent assigned to my account.
