Place is dirty, smelly. Loud, staff doesn't seem to care about unruly clientel. I am never back there.

Ok so lets get things straight for all the other bad reveiws ur right this flagship isn't in there prime anymore but most of u are exaggerating on how bad it is ive been going to flagship sonce i was a kid and yes some prices may have gone up but its a business if our food prices gone up what makes u think theres dont thats one ,two the ticket pricing are awesome and i believe to be fair. The place can be a little cleaner but as you can see they are understaffed because of the bad ratting and reviews people like you dont know how to just be simple and tell the truth i wouldnt want to go to flagship if ive never been after reading some of these reviews you people have nothing better to do with your lives then to try to destroy something that brings joy to others just because of one bad experience everyday is not perfect but in my opinion flagship is all right they could do better but it is what it is right now with amc all they have thats better is their seating quality if flagship got new seats and different food options and maybe payed more attention to the reviews you bad people leave on hear they would be better then amc only because of there ticket prices alone dont forget at one point flagship was better in every way before amc upgraded

Its amazing! Best cinemas out there! Friendly staff and tidy theaters, they work very hard and its appreciated!

I saw the Force Awakens there and they had very few choice of beverages. No water, but I was given a cup for water. Manager and counter guy, very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the movie in the old seats. I was comfortable.

I have been bringing my children here for over a decade. It is an older theater but still charming. We have so many good memories of this theater. The prices are great too, and they offer free movies for kids in the summer. I think it's a great place!
