Beware when purchasing rugs from Bliss Homes! Bought one recently which had a terrible odor, now I know why it was marked half off from retail!! Called management, he said to buy carpet powder and use, not returnable! Explained while transporting the rug still wrapped in tape how my car smelled as well....poor customer service! Never purchase from this store again!!

Bought a wonderful couch there this week. Great people and good selection. Super flexible. Delivered same day (within the hour actually!).
