I had my first Botox and filler experience at 33 and I almost cried tears of joy at the huge difference such a small treatment can make. Especially the instant plump the filler gave to my sunken cheek area in my thin face, I swear it took off 5 years. I had absolutely no bruising and the nurse was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained what to expect and ensured I was comfortable and happy. I'm ecstatic y'all!!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything! They go above and beyond to help and answer all the questions you have! I have had an amazing experience going to them and would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been going to Ideal Image for years as a lifetime customer. However, about a month ago, I got a bad skin infection due to the treatment. When I called, the nurse told me that I should go to my doctor if it worsened and would be reimbursed if the infection was due to the treatment. However, when I called after my doctor's visit to follow-up about reimbursement, they refused to even acknowledge what they had told me and refused to reimburse. Absolutely horrible customer service and leaves me questioning the quality of their nurses.

I Love every time I get my treatment and is really helping me. I have hair growing in my face and this treatment is great. I recommend everybody IDEAL Image. Thank you girls for all your help and kindness.

I was in my late 20s when I saw that first dark hair on my chin. I thought I would die! I used so many things to get rid of it, but the hair just got darker, more coarse, and lots more grew. I dealt with it for 10 years when I heard about Ideal Image on the radio. I didn't think I could do it, because I didn't make lots of money and I was so embarrassed about my "problem". When I finally got up the courage to go in, I was warmly greeted. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without pressure. I was able to get a very affordable payment plan. I wasn't sure it would actually work, but I thought, "Why not?" I started with my chin. Less and less of the hair came back after each treatment, and when it did, it was very fine. It's been almost three years now. I have no hair on my chin any longer! I was so impressed, I had my upper lip treated, and moved on to my neck. There's no girl mustache, no hairs peeking out here or there. I cannot tell you how happy I am! Every person that works there is just amazing. They make me feel like I am the only person that matters! Just last week the wonderful ladies got me all set up to start on my legs! I can't wait to never shave my legs again! They have honestly changed my life. I would recommend Ideal Image in Nashville to everyone. To those of you feeling as insecure as I did...take a chance. You have nothing to lose! You will be so glad you did it! You can permanently get rid of that hair! Call Mykah. She'll get you all set up! :o)
