My 3 dogs have been going to the humane society for 4 years now for their healthcare and I can't say enough about them. My oldest dog, Baxter, had dental surgery yesterday. The estimate they provided was accurate, they gave me clear instructions on post-op care, and they called this morning to check in and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend the clinic.

I've heard good and i've heard bad so today i took my puppy in to have an exam which i have many times before with my other pets. The young girl who greeted us was very pleasant when she asked all the questions about his health. She then left the room and said the doctor will be in shortly. Shortly never meant 17 minutes later.. i know because i watched the clock. Then he walked in and was extremely old it seemed as he played with his hearing aids. He examined my dog and was extremely rough.. i wanted to say hey idiot its puppy not a rag doll. He didn't even congratulate me for adopting from them he talked about a bunch of non sense things i should get done for him and then didn't even address my initial visit. puppy boosters!! the nurse was pleasant but this old man seemed clueless of what he was supposed to be doing with my dog. We have our big boy vaccines and we will be going elsewhere for anything else in the future. Thanks but no thanks

I am a proud new owner of two beautiful kittens. Within the first week they both got an upper respiratory infection. I took them to the Humane Society Clinic and Courtney welcomed us from the beginning. She truly is exceptional, and made the clinic experience an easy one. She answered every question, and kept me at ease.

Ridiculous. I called the clinic for a simple price range on a simple very common small node removal. The young girl answering the clinic line was rude and unhelpful. She simple wanted to pass me off and make me come it to see the surgeon. And would not give me ANY information.
I was not asking a specific dollar amount, but for what I would believe to be an educated guess from I expected to be an experienced staff....guess I was wrong.
I will be going elsewhere. What a shame.
