A truly caring veterinary center for both pet and owner. Outstanding service, and the love they have for animals shines through everything they do. My personal experience is with Dr. Gormen and Dr. Eisele. Dr. Eisele is a warm, friendly, terrific vet who has taken care of my mom's dog Buddy for years and was always kind and generous with her time when I brought Diva. I couldn't possibly thank Dr. Gormen enough for helping me when my little Diva developed sudden onset cluster seizures. The treatment was first rate, the caring second to none, and not only did he help me get more time in an emergency situation, he helped me get through making the very tough decisions that followed. I will forever be grateful. Do not hesitate to bring your pets to this terrific animal clinic.

I'm very happy that I found Harborside Animal Clinic when I relocate down to Naples. Through my experiences in life, it seems that most people that go into veterinarian services have a passion for helping animals. Therefore, I'm sure the reviews for most of the vet services in the Naples area are positive. So I'll focus on what sets Harborside apart.
The staff is extremely patient and helpful. My dog (like many) has extreme anxiety at the vet or groomer. Somehow, the staff won him over and he's left with a smile every time.
They are well staffed and have excellent customer service. When I walked in this morning to pick Leo up, the employee at the front desk was helping another customer. When another employee walked in, obviously in the middle of something with documents in hand, she stopped what she was doing just to help me. When a third employee in the back heard I was picking up Leo, she shouted "I'll get him, he's my buddy now". Within minutes of walking into the building, I was walking out with a happy pup.
Lastly, and the most important reason, they are honest and fair with pricing. Honestly, I believe they've gone out of their way to avoid charging me for issues, instead of some places the nickle and dime you. For example, my dog had a tooth extracted during his dental cleaning and they charged me $10. Unbelievable, other vets charge anywhere from $150 up to $600 for tooth extractions. And this REALLY MATTERS because Harborside not overcharging means we can afford to take better care of our animals, which means they'll live happier, healthier, longer lives.

I have been with Harborside for 3 years now. Every visit is a nice pleasent experience. From the staff at the front desk to the staff in the back everyone has a great attitude and is very respectful. I always feel welcome and my dog is not scared to go inside. I refer everyone I know to Harborside and you should too!
