I arrived just a few minutes before they closed but the folks still took their time to help me find what I needed. Super friendly staff and a large assortment of gear smartly packed into a medium sized shop. If it relates to kayaks or SUPs in any way, they'll have what you need.

I went to Naples Outfitters to look for some sturdy sandals and as I walked in, I heard an electronic bell that signaled someone had entered the shop and I immediately noticed there was no one else there but me. I didn't even see a salesperson. I browsed for about 15 to 20 minutes and not a soul came to help me, even though there were a few salespersons who finally came out of the back and were working at the cashier station. I kept looking in their direction and it seemed they were simply ignoring me, utterly uninterested. I decided to go elsewhere. I have bought things at this store before, but was never ignored in this fashion. Won't be returning.

Great place to by hobie part got a new MIRAGEDRIVE GTi beat price around and very friendly people even got to pick it up after hour jay and Ashley really helped my out will buy more parts and kayaks from them

these guys are the best. not only do they know what they are selling and talking about but they live it. i was thinking about buying a L2fish board and they set up a day to meet me on the beach and play with it. i think they wanted to try it also, first board of its kind and all. and i ordered another board from them and had some issues with shipping and they handled everything promptly and professionally. had i friends here i would send them here. so if you want something cheap go to walmart if you want quality and expertise come see the fine employees here and if you don't buy anything they will still give you knowledge
