Unfortunately a poor experience. The wait was long but that was because they prepare everything to order so not really a deal breaker. The original long cheese burger that I ordered with Swiss, pastrami, and bacon at extra cost broke my heart when they were out of pastrami and therefore substituted ham with my ok, but it literally had a single slice of lunch meat ham. That was $1.50 extra? 1 slice of lunch meat ham? Really? That was a major mistake on their part. I won't be back.
