Before you have wine, check the glasses, mine was dirty inside and out and so was my husband's. That freaked me out so then I found myself checking the plates and sure enough, dishwasher grime and food residue, got so paranoid I then had a problem using the salt and pepper grinders, oh my hope I don't get some horrible disease. ....lol

I was very impressed with Felix, one of the waiters there who assisted our table. I have gone out to local restaurants with my girlfriend and we have experienced some awful services before. Felix is a reminder that professionalism and exceptional service still exist in the food service industry. Well done, Felix. Two happy customers! We will be sure to ask for him again next time we are in.

Food quality has dropped a lot. Soggy salad, steak was over cooked, asked for medium, came out dehydrated. Asked for a water, never got it. Appetizer came out 25 min after ordering it. Chicken was soggy as well. Like it had been sitting in the sauce all day. Watched a couple walk out and leave because they still didn't get their drinks after 20 mins. It has been a while since I've been to olive garden but and it will probably be a long while before we go back, if at all.

Stopped by here on a Weds evening about 8:20 PM. There were alot of empty tables and no wait at the front so we figured it was a good time. We had 6 in our group and were told it would be 20 minutes. Huh? Meanwhile smaller groups were being say right away and when I asked the hostess about being seated at one of the many empty tables she said that section was closed. We have come across this at other Olive Gardens before and it's not cool. So we went to return buzzer and also told the manager why we were leaving. He (I think his name was Jason?) immediately said he would accommodate us and had a table (in the section that was closing) set up for us.
We then had a good meal but even better service from Will! He was outstanding! Attentive, funny and fun. Thanks you guys for turning our evening around!

The food is pretty good, but it seems like they keep raising their prices. It's now quite expensive to bring a family here for dinner. They have less expensive options for lunch (before 3 PM) but they only serve about half the food you would normally get for dinner there. The servers are usually very helpful and friendly. I've been here many times and I don't think I've ever had bad service. The restaurant gets busy for dinner on the weekends, but you can put your name on a wait list and they will save your place on line.
